What orders are eligible?
Orders between $35 and $30,000 (including shipping and tax) are eligible for installment plans. This covers the vast majority of our washer and dryer sets.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. The eligibility check is a soft inquiry and does not impact your credit score. Affirm does not conduct a hard credit pull for Shop Pay Installments.
What if I want to pay it off early?
You can pay off your remaining balance at any time — no prepayment penalties. For interest-bearing plans, paying early saves you on interest.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most major credit and debit cards work with Shop Pay, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prepaid cards and Capital One cards are not currently accepted for installment plans.
Can I use financing with delivery?
Yes. Our delivery fee is included in the order total, so it's covered by your installment plan. Same-day local delivery still applies — financing doesn't slow anything down.
Is Acima the same as Shop Pay?
No. Shop Pay is regular payments on your credit, at checkout. Acima is lease-to-own, also at checkout. Two different options.
