Delivery is completely free within our 25–30 mile service area. We drop off at curbside or in your garage at no charge. Outside our area? Text us your zip code and we'll get you a quick quote.

Yes! Same-day delivery is available in most cases. Just reach out as early in the day as possible and we'll do our best to get your units to you that same day. No deposit is required for same-day deliveries.

Our free delivery includes bringing your units to your driveway (curbside) or into your garage. If you'd like us to bring them inside and fully install them, that's available as an add-on — see the Installation section below.

Yes! Full installation is available for $50. This includes everything needed to get your units up and running — water hoses, drain hose, and electric pigtail — plus we bring them inside and handle the complete hookup from start to finish.

Our 30-day functionality guarantee only applies to units we personally install because we can verify everything is set up correctly. If a third party installs the unit, we can't guarantee it was hooked up properly, which makes it difficult to determine the cause of any issues that arise.

Yes — we offer a 30-day functionality guarantee on complete washer and dryer sets that we personally install. If your unit stops working properly within 30 days of installation (due to a mechanical or operational issue, not misuse), we'll repair it at no cost to you. This covers both labor and parts needed to restore functionality.

To qualify, the installation must be performed entirely by us, you must contact us within 30 days of installation, and proof of our installation service is required. ⚠️ This guarantee does not apply to self-installed units.

All sales are final. We have a strict no-refunds, no-returns policy — all appliances are sold as-is. The only exception is our 30-day functionality guarantee for units we install, which covers repairs but not returns or replacements. If you receive a unit that arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll work to make it right.

Please inspect your unit upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything looks off. Reach out via text or email us at jax@longhornwasheranddryer.com. We'll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it — whether that's a repair, replacement part, or another solution at our discretion. Delays in reporting may affect our ability to help.

Payment is collected at the time of delivery. If your delivery isn't happening same-day, we'll ask for a deposit upfront to hold your units. The deposit goes toward your total — it's not an extra charge.

Yes. Every unit is refurbished, cleaned, and extensively tested before it leaves us. We only deliver appliances we're confident in. You're also welcome to come in and test the units in person before committing.

Absolutely. You're welcome to come in, see the units in person, and test them out before you decide. Just message us to set up a time and we'll make it work.
