Yes! Same-day delivery is available in most cases — get your order in before 8:30 AM and we'll do our best to get your units to you that same day. No deposit is required for same-day deliveries.

Our free delivery includes bringing your units to your driveway (curbside) or into your garage. If you'd like us to bring them inside and fully install them, that's available as an add-on — see the Installation section below.

Yes! Full installation is available for $150. This includes everything needed to get your units up and running — water hoses, drain hose, and electric pigtail — plus we bring them inside and handle the complete hookup from start to finish. Gas is out of scope: we don't connect gas, and gas isn't covered by the guarantee.

Yes — we can haul off your old washer or dryer for just $50 per machine, which is cheaper than most appliance stores charge. It’s the easy way to clear out the old units when we drop off your new ones.

Our free 1-year guarantee only applies to units we personally install because we can verify everything is set up correctly. If a third party installs the unit, we can't guarantee it was hooked up properly, which makes it difficult to determine the cause of any issues that arise.

Free 1-Year Guarantee — Included with Professional Installation

When you add Longhorn professional installation ($150), your washer and/or dryer is covered by a free 1-year guarantee from the delivery date — at no extra charge. Front-load washers and front-load sets are covered for 60 days; everything else is covered for a full year.

• Covered: repair of functional defects on the machine(s) we install, under normal household use.
• Repair-only. No refunds; all sales final.
• Not covered: sets picked up by the customer or installed by a third party; cosmetic wear; damage from misuse, overloading, or improper hookup; gas line connections (we do not connect gas).

All sales are final. We have a strict no-refunds, no-returns policy — all appliances are sold as-is. The only exception is our free 1-year guarantee for units we install, which covers repairs but not returns or replacements. If you receive a unit that arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll work to make it right.

Payment is collected at the time of delivery. If your delivery isn't happening same-day, we'll ask for a deposit upfront to hold your units. The deposit goes toward your total — it's not an extra charge.

Yes. Every unit is refurbished, cleaned, and extensively tested before it leaves us. We only deliver appliances we're confident in. You're also welcome to test the units in person before committing — just message us first and we'll set up a time.

Absolutely. You're welcome to come in, see the units in person, and test them out before you decide. Just message us to set up a time and we'll make it work.
