We deliver free within 20 miles of our Hutto shop. That covers Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Hutto. Past 20 miles we still deliver for a flat fee by distance (see the next question). Outside our range? Text us for a custom quote, no obligation.

Free delivery brings your units to your driveway (curbside) or into your garage. If you'd like us to bring them inside and fully hook them up, add professional installation. See the Installation section below.

Yes. Every set we install comes with the free Longhorn Year-One Guarantee. If your washer or dryer stops working from normal household use in the first year, our own technician comes out and fixes it at no charge. It's included with our $150 professional installation and starts on your delivery date.

Front-load washers and sets that include a front-load washer are covered for 60 days. Everything else is covered for a full year.What's not covered: units you pick up or install yourself (or have someone else install), cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, overloading, or an improper hookup, and gas connections, which we don't do.

Text us at 512-761-6603 and we'll send a tech. If the machine is faulty, we fix it or swap it at no charge. If the machine checks out fine and the problem is on the home side (for example low water pressure or an overloaded drum), there's an $85 service fee.

When our team hooks it up, we know the water lines, drain, and power are right. That's what lets us promise a year of free repairs. If someone else installs it, we can't tell whether a problem comes from the machine or the hookup.

All sales are final, so we don't do refunds. Instead we stand behind the machine: installed sets get free repairs under the Year-One Guarantee, and a unit that's faulty on arrival gets fixed or swapped. Please look your unit over at delivery and text us right away if anything looks off.

Yes. Full installation is $150 and includes the free Year-One Guarantee. We bring the units inside and hook up everything: hot and cold water hoses, drain hose, and electric power cord. We don't connect gas.

Yes. We haul off your old washer or dryer for $50 per machine when we drop off the new ones.

Most refurbished sets run about $650 to $800, and single washers or dryers start around $350. That's roughly half the price of a new set. Every machine is different, so check current inventory for today's prices.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and card. Venmo, Zelle, and cash are preferred. Payment is due at delivery.

At delivery. If your delivery isn't same-day, we'll ask for a deposit to hold your units. The deposit goes toward your total; it's not an extra charge.

Yes. Every unit is refurbished, cleaned, and tested in our Hutto shop before it leaves. We only deliver machines we're confident in.
