      When do I pay the $150?

      After the install is done and you've seen it run. Not at checkout and not at booking.

      Can I skip install and save the $150?

      Yes. Curbside or garage drop-off is free. You'll handle the parts and hookup yourself, haul-away is $50 per machine, stairs are $35 a flight, and the 1-year guarantee doesn't apply. For most people install comes out cheaper. Try "Our free curbside" in the calculator above.

      Is it the same $150 for one machine?

      Yes, one flat price whether it's a full set or a single washer or dryer.

      Do you do gas dryers?

      Ask us before you book. Gas hookups depend on your home's existing line.

      How do I add install?

      After you order, you'll get a link to schedule your delivery. Pick "Full-service install" there.
