When we'll tell you to replace it
A repair shop wants to repair. A store wants to sell. We do both, so the only thing that matters to us is which one leaves you better off. Our rule: if the fix costs more than half of a comparable set from our floor, or the machine is past twelve years, we say replace.

Dryer vent cleaning
A packed vent is the usual reason a dryer runs but won't heat, and it's the one thing we can't judge from a video. One flat price for the whole run, and you see what came out.

What brands do you work on?
Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Kenmore, GE, Roper, Speed Queen, Samsung and LG top-loads. Front-load Samsung and LG we'll look at by video first, since some of those aren't worth opening.
Do I pay the $89 if you say replace it?
Yes, the visit still happens. But $25 of it comes straight off any set on our floor, delivered the same way as every other order.
Can I bring it to the shop instead?
Yes, and the diagnostic is $49 in the shop. Text first so we're there and there's room on the bench.
What does the 90 days cover?
The part we replaced and the labor to replace it. If the same problem comes back, we come back.
Do you repair sets you didn't sell?
That's most of what this page is for. Sets we sold and installed are covered by the 1-year guarantee instead, so text us and we'll check.
