Shipping & Delivery Policy

Longhorn Washer and Dryer offers local delivery from our warehouse in Austin, TX to customers within 60 miles of Hutto, TX. We do not ship via traditional carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). All deliveries are handled by our own delivery team.

Delivery Zones & Pricing

Free Local Delivery (0–20 miles from Hutto, TX): FREE delivery. Includes Hutto, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, and surrounding areas.
Standard Delivery (20–25 miles): $25.00 delivery fee. Includes Leander and other areas at the edge of our local zone.
Extended Delivery (25–40 miles): $50.00 delivery fee. Includes Austin, Manor, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Temple, and surrounding areas.
Long Distance Delivery (40–60 miles): $100.00 delivery fee. Includes Kyle, San Marcos, Buda, Burnet, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Lampasas, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Timeframes

After placing your order, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window that works for you. Most deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days of order placement. If you'd prefer a later date, we're happy to schedule your delivery further in advance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a call or text from our delivery team to arrange delivery.
