We sell refurbished washers and dryers at roughly half the price of new — and we'd rather you know exactly what that means before you buy than be surprised after. Every set is cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to work. Here's the rest of the picture, upfront.

Refurbished, Not New

Every set is professionally refurbished: cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to work. Expect cosmetic wear — light scuffs, scratches, or dings — not showroom condition. That's the trade-off for paying about half of retail.

Delivery Isn't Always Free

Delivery is free within 20 miles of our Hutto warehouse. 20–25 miles is $25. Beyond 25 miles, we'll give you a custom quote. Same-day delivery is available.

Install Is a Separate $150

Delivery gets your set to your door. Full install — water and drain hoses, electric pigtail — is an optional $150. Gas line hookup is not included; that's the customer's responsibility.

You Need Working Hookups Ready

Have your water, drain, and electrical hookups ready and working before we arrive — and a gas line ready if you're hooking up a gas dryer.

All Sales As-Is

All sales are as-is. Our 30-day functionality guarantee applies only to sets we installed ourselves, and it's repair-only — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Customer pickup or third-party install means no guarantee.

Straight Answers to Common Questions

Did we charge for delivery?

Beyond 20 miles, yes — and we tell every customer upfront. Free under 20 miles, $25 for 20–25 miles, custom quote beyond that.

Why does my unit have scratches or wear?

It's refurbished, not new. We test every unit to make sure it works — we don't repaint scuffs to make it look like something it isn't.

Why am I being charged $150 for install?

Delivery and install are two different services. Install includes water/drain hoses and an electric pigtail — it's optional, and it's listed as a separate line item every time.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

All sales are as-is. If we installed your set, the 30-day guarantee covers repairs if something stops working — it doesn't cover refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What if I pick it up myself or have someone else install it?

That's fine — we just can't guarantee it once it leaves our hands without our install. The 30-day guarantee only applies when our team does the install.

Do you haul away my old unit?

Yes — $50 per machine, available with delivery. Just let us know when you book.
