We sell refurbished washers and dryers at roughly half the price of new — and we'd rather you know exactly what that means before you buy than be surprised after. Every set is cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to work. Here's the rest of the picture, upfront.
Refurbished, not new
Every set is professionally refurbished: cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to work. Expect cosmetic wear — light scuffs, scratches, or dings — not showroom condition. That's the trade-off for paying about half of retail.
You need working hookups ready
Have your water, drain, and electrical hookups ready and working before we arrive — and a gas line ready if you're hooking up a gas dryer.
All sales as-is
All sales are as-is. Our free guarantee applies only when we install the set: a full year on top-load washers, all dryers, and top-load sets; 60 days on any front-load washer or any set that includes one. It's repair-only — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Customer pickup or third-party install means no guarantee.
Built to last — not built to whisper.
Our top-load washers — especially the Whirlpool, Kenmore, and Maytag models — are refurbished with upgraded aftermarket suspension systems. The standard suspension parts in these machines can wear out in a month or two under heavy use. The upgraded systems we install are built to last for years.
The trade-off: they're louder. Expect more noise and movement during the spin cycle than a new machine or a front-load. That's normal for this suspension and it's not a defect — it's the price of a washer that keeps working instead of needing new parts every few months.
Keep it running smooth (and quieter)

- 2Spread the load evenlyDistribute clothes around the drum instead of piling them on one side. One heavy item, like a single towel or rug, can knock the spin off balance.
- 3Don't run it emptyAlways wash with clothes inside. Running an empty drum through spin puts unnecessary wear on the suspension.

Why does my unit have scratches or wear?
It's refurbished, not new. We test every unit to make sure it works.
Why is my washer louder than I expected?
Our top-loads run an upgraded heavy-duty suspension that lasts years instead of months, and it's louder than the original. Some extra noise during spin is normal. If it's banging or walking, check that it's level and the load is spread evenly.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All sales are as-is. If we installed your set, the free 1-year guarantee covers repairs if something stops working — it doesn't cover refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What if I pick it up myself or have someone else install it?
That's fine — we just can't guarantee it once it leaves our hands without our install. The free 1-year guarantee only applies when our team does the install.
What if you come out and the unit's actually fine?
If we dispatch for a service call and find no covered defect, there's an $85 trip fee. And if you didn't use our professional install, a $150 diagnostic fee applies to any service visit.
Do you haul away my old unit?
Yes — $50 per machine, available with delivery. Just let us know when you book.
